Mindstein Montessori first opened its doors in 2012. We started from a small space located on Linking Road, Khar which could accommodate fewer children. The Primary Montessori class started with only 4 children. By the third year of functioning our class was at maximum capacity. We setup and started the Toddler Montessori environment in 2016 and within a year we had two full batches. Over the years, many children have passed out and successfully moved onto bigger schools. We have been safe space for so many children in first attempt at being away from the ‘known’ of their homes and parents to the ‘unknown’ of a school and teachers. We understand that first time at school is a difficult not only for the child but also for many parents. To be the caring, supporting, nurturing and warm environment where the child feels safe and cared for making it easier for learning to take place, is what have strived for.

We took a 2-year hiatus post Covid till we found a suitable, larger and ideal space to move into. Our new school (which is 5 minutes away from the old location) is spacious with big, bright, and airy classrooms, outdoor working areas, multiple outdoor spaces, green terraces and tucked away safely away from the noise and traffic. We aim to provide a holistic learning experience to children where most of their needs are met under one roof.
