There will be a report at the end of each term (6 months). One in December and one in May. If there are any particular issues or concerns in the middle of the term, the teachers are available to talk with a prior appointment.
7. What is the role of a parent once the child has been enrolled?
The Mindstein community is a tight knit community. The school provides a list of other parents enrolled in the school. Children at this age are like sponges and ready to absorb all that they are exposed to. The Montessori school environment not only helps them build their budding vocabulary but also teaches them good habits, encourages them to become independent and gainfully occupies their growing energies. In keeping with the current times where often both parents are working, at Mindstein Montessori we aim to provide a home away from home where the child comes to a caring and nurturing environment. Our aim is to have the child looking forward to coming to school daily. A happy child makes a happy learner.
